I was 38 years old when I started training with Gary in March of 2017. I was overweight with a history of hurting myself in the gym and I just plain lacked the motivation that it took to be fit by 40. Gary helped envision my goals and obtained them through accountability, education, and enthusiasm. After getting fit by 40, Gary and I worked on other goals such as nutrition, sleep, and more recently, how to break a sweat during the lockdown from COVID-19. I strongly recommend anyone who has thought about getting started at the gym, to contact Gary, and see how he can start helping you help yourself today.

I have trained with Gary for almost 3 years now. I started going to the gym in my late 40’s and had never been inside a gym before in my life. I was VERY intimidated. Gary took me under his wing. This was a God send to me. Not only can he talk the talk, but he walks the walk. I would describe Gary as very intelligent, passionate, and knowledgeable about his field. He is professional, patient and able to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand. He explains you are doing that exercise, which muscle you are working on and what proper form is. He is very much respected and is often sought out at the gym for his opinions or recommendations and is always happy to give them. I have worked with other trainers when he was not available, and they were good, but I have gotten the best education and experience with Gary. He has given me skills and knowledge that I will now always have. This has in turn given me confidence to got to the gym on my own. I have had great results which I know I would not have achieved without his guidance. If you are looking for someone to train with, I strongly recommend training with Gary.

I have trained with Gary now for two years.
From day one of meeting Gary he asked me what my goals are. In the last two years I have achieved just about every single one that I had listed.
He is not like previous trainers I had in the past. He pays attention to full details when it comes to achieving your goals and your form when working out. He will correct you if you are doing it wrong and teach you step by step instructions until you get it right. Either by telling you, show you how to do it so you can see it visually, or write it down so you can read it.
He designs individual programs just for you and your needs.
His knowledge, understanding and patience is what every personal trainer should be required to have.
I am having a wonderful experience with him and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Words cannot express enough how much I appreciate everything he has done for me.
I am considering in the future possibility of doing a body building show. First though I have much more for Gary to teach me, and about twenty more pounds to lose.
Seriously though he really is motivating, understanding and patience Gary is the personal trainer you should get.
I have good confidence in myself now, not afraid to walk in the gym, and thanks to him I have my self-esteem back.
